I don't want to judge this place on it's buffet lunch, that is never the best showcase for a restaurant. But I will say, as... buffets go, it was fine. Three pizza slice choices, a pasta dish, and two kind of salad (garden and a sort of Caesar), garlicbread with marinara sauce. Arrival was not a good start. Four servers were visible on their phones, laptops, and just chattingbut no one greeted me for several minutes. A hostess did finally approach and seat me. I was doing the buffet so I got my foodand waited several more minutes for a server to arrive and take my drink order. He was very nice and attentive enough after hegot to my booth. Pro tip: if you get $30 on an $18 bill, bring back change. If I was going to tip $10 I would have said "I'mset". I tried to get his attention to get change after he returned a ten and two ones for me but after a few minutes I had toleave. I felt bad leaving the $3 I could scrounge up in my bag but I tried. Pizza man is a local favorite! They offer deals daily on the weekdays making family dinners more affordable. I love bringing... visiting family and friends here. I’ve tried the thin crust, pan crust and deep dish, all being wonderful. Thin crust is theirsignature style and is always loaded with toppings. The service here is very hit or miss unfortunately. All I can say is just Wow! That was the worst pizza we've had in this state hands down and we waited over an hour to receive 2... small pizzas. Pizza crust was burnt, taste-less, and extremely salty not even positive how you can achieve such salty pizza.Will not be returning and it's a shame because this place used to be amazing. Read more
Oof...the pizza crust was like crispy, oily, pita crackers. Not sure if I got a gluten free crust. I didn't order one, but I... have family members who are gluten free so I've partaken in a gf crust or two in my life. Gluten free or not, the crust ruinedthe pizza. The cheese in the curds was good, but a bit too greasy on the breading side of things. My daughter liked thespaghetti and meatball. Cheesecake was tasty.
