All I gotta say is that this popeyes is the best specifically the toilet. The toilet inside is awesome and the police inside... made me feel really safe. Was there on Tues evening. Counter staff/service was ridiculously slow. Nice lady though. They were out of some sides and the... Mac and cheese was fresh, but not good. A wad of cheese on top of over cooked noodles. Disappointed. Also, the ice in the sodamachine was out and things just did not seem as clean as I am used to from the chain. Rude employees sitting around doing nothing. Waited 50 + mins for 14 chicken strips and some Mac n cheese. The chicken was... disgusting, old and rubbery, mac n cheese had grease coming off of it. Disgusting gross restaurant with disgusting staff servingdisgusting food. DO NOT GO HERE! Read more
Disappointed with this location Popeyes..Don't have Zero star to Rate... Order machine doesn't work for long time and they care... about customers.. Also making customer to wait long time in queue . Waited 25 minutes for chicken (said they had enough chicken for our family meal). Told me they had ?everything in there? but... forgot my 3 sides. While waiting for sides, noticed staff was just sitting around in the dining area while the drive thru isbacked up. Order was missing one piece of chicken, they went back in to give me 3 more. They also gave me rice when I asked formashed potatoes and gravy; they let me keep the rice and went back in to get the mashed potatoes. Finally got our full orderafter waiting 36+ minutes in total. Always delay,customers are not allowed inside for pickup.. thy are very harsh at customer.Making to wait almost 30-45 min every... time.. why can?t Popeyes open another branch near by good hope road or Milwaukee or PEWAUKEE ? Although the cashier was extremely friendly, it's a culture shock to pay for 14 strips and drive back to Waukesha to find out... their is 9 complete strips! (The box had crumbs and strips ripped in half or thirds) Read more
My comment not suitable for public and neither is this location. With 14 people on staff explain why it takes over 45 mins to... produce 1 order? And since when do you order in drive-thru and still have to go inside to pick up your order or You either getno service or cold service. The Worst!!!! Read more
