They only were serving customers who had exact change. What kind of business does that? Was that a tactic to limit work or... management not caring about providing change to welcome all customers. No telling how long food been sitting. It wasn't hot. Everyone had a attitude. One worker asked another worker why she had a... attitude and she got even more attitude. Popeyes should be out of buisness in Milwaukee! Parking lot jammed up. Line moves extremely slow. It does not matter what... Popeyes you go to in the city, they are always out of something. They were out of all sides except Cole slaw. They had only spicy breast and thighs and a 15 minute wait on anything mild!

Trying to find decent words to describe my experience at this location for the 2nd time is proving very challenging. The workers... are very unprofessional, zero customer service skills, never any chicken, which I don't understand that's your only job is toserve chicken! The inside is filthy and the workers never have uniforms on. I'm so confused, is uniforms not a thing now? I placed an order online that apparently didn't complete so I redid it as I waited in the restaurant. I saw no one cooking... anything. Customers were in drive thru continuously. I was informed that all they had were thighs and breasts. If that's notwhat I wanted I could go online and cancel the order. That proved too time consuming. Finally, someone said well we could cooksome more but it's gon' be about 15 minutes. I said that would be fine. My original order pickup was 1:30 I Finally left at2:20. Only to discover my 10 piece was 3 breasts (I hate them) 2 legs, 1 thigh 3 wings smh totally disappointed with theservice. Read more
