I happen to go when they open their doors they had a few things that was ready far as the chicken and the sides I ordered... chicken tenders and had to wait roughly about 5 minutes which was perfect for me I didn't mind waiting to get something freshbut everything else they had put out looked very good the service was excellent they were very cordial I had no issues. Ordered through the Popeyes app just for them to tell the driver over an hour after it was supposed to be picked up that they... are not accepting online orders. They took my money and don?t allow cancels through the app so I have to wait 2 days just forthem to see they refused my order. Idk maybe turn off online ordering if you can?t handle it??? Read more
I normally hate going to Popeyes b/c of the service. This location completely changed my mind. The staff was very friendly,... patient and fast. Even with my four kids inside the restaurant i had no issues . They were so nice I had to get the managersname to make sure they got the recognition they deserve. This branch is kept so dirty. You can see the kitchen counters all black and basin area yellow .. like it has never been cleaned... ..and on top of that the server is so rude and They don?t bother about customer questions or satisfaction at all. Even though Iwas asking politely, they just gave blank face. For my order they served the smallest pieces of chicken when asked for a familymeal and I could see him not putting big ones at all. . Never ever going to go to this branch .. so disappointed. First and lastto go to this branch.. hope someone who have influence would read the reviews of this branch and close it down .. Read more
Used the drive thru around 6pm on a Wednesday and had to repeat 4 times how many pieces of chicken I wanted? every time I asked ... for ?twelve pieces? the worker kept asking ?who?? from the difficulty of his ability to understand my order.. my bag wasmissing the fried chicken sandwich, all the sauces I requested for.
