Staff was friendly, food was made hot and fresh. BUT, the building needs to be gutted down to the studs and completely... remodeled. Food was inedible and unappetizing. Over half of the pizza was burned. And the bread sticks were soggy. Since it was ordered... through a third party delivery service, I was told there is nothing the restaurant can do even though they made the food.Absolutely deplorable. Read more

We were really looking forward to having Rocky?s tonight as it was our ?cheat night? and we both agreed on Rocky?s! Our absolute... favorite is the Chicago Sausage. As soon as my husband set it down I asked ? I thought you ordered the large?? He said he did.This appeared much smaller to me than other larges we?ve had. I thought maybe they made changes with the way food costs havegone up. I again thought that while I took a long, confusing look at this pizza. The usual Chicago Sausage has 4 pieces ofsausage on each slice. This only has 3 on the outer and 2 on the inner slices. Now this pizza doesn?t have sauce but what makesup for that is the big diced tomatoes. There were only 2 pieces of diced tomatoes on each piece. Also upon looking at thispizza, it?s overcooked. With no sauce and lack of tomatoes, it was really dry. Honestly it was like taking a bite of bread andnot in a good way. It had no flavor. We ended up throwing it away and had cereal for supper. We have been eating at thislocation for many years. 25? One special visit we happen to be sitting behind a group of 6 teens who just got off from footballpractice. Earlier we noticed Bart Starr walk in and place an order. While he was waiting on his food we told the boys who thatwas. We didn?t want to bother Bart but since his food wasn?t out yet we all walked over to say hi. He told us it was one of hisfavorite places to stop after leaving the airport. We said our goodbyes but he was happily telling the boys some great footballstories. That will be a night they (and us!) will never forget! Rocky?s usually has great pizza. I've had too many bad experiences to share all. One time I ordered a salad and got back to work and the lettuce was Brown and... mushy and that's how bad it was. I took it back after work she tried to give me another one and I opened it up then it was justas brown. She explained that they get big mix so there was nothing she could do. I also like the cheese pizza which they do notsell the super slices tell me why is there a reason why? But the slices are so small and they want almost $6 for a little slicenot even a super slice. You take your chances to see if you get cheese enough to cover the Little Slice you get and most of thetime you do not. Working in fast food today is tough. I don't blame the people who work in the fast food industry if they don't have the best... attitude. Haha.... And at this particular Rocky Rococo's, you can sometimes see the stress of fast food on the cashier clerks. However, I usually ask them if they can clean the table for us and they comply with no issues. And sometimes you look and seehardly any customers and wonder how they stay in business. It's the pizza! This branch makes great pizza and pasta! The pizzais always on point! My favorite is Uncle Sal's! I am sure many customers order take out. I do often and pick it up at thedrive thru! I've order about 3 pizzas from there and never had an issue. Came to pick it up today and it was not ready so I knew it would be... fresh. Looks like somebody forgot to add my toppings and then added them after the pizza was overcooked. Either that or it wasan old pizza that they added toppings too. It's disgusting! Read more

Went thru drive thru on a Saturday night. The super slice was cheese, sausage and pepperoni. Only one car ahead of me so not a... long wait. Pizza wasn't hot like it usually is. I was tempted to take it back but figured it couldn't have been sitting out toolong. Cars were lined up behind me so they were the lucky ones to probably get a fresh slice. No napkins in bag.
