Worst service in the city of Milwaukee. Spent 10 minutes in line before the server could be bothered to take my order and then... was told it was a 10 minute wait for a slice of sausage and pepperoni. DONT WASTE.YOUR TIME Read more
Food is great and filling. Don't have to wait for food to get done unless you order a pie(whole, large pizza) they accept cash... and card. My son loves the huge sausages. The customer service is very good. Alot of high school students are employed there buttheir attitudes are great. No complaints. I've been going there for years and they've never gotten my order wrong. Great, thick,pan style pizza. Read more
The place is horrible. I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn?t give it a 0 (zero) star. Just Awful. Service from start... to finish was not good. The service person was just plain rude. Took an hour to get a slice of pizza. Food was just mediocre. Itwas a busy night I get it, but worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Go ANYWHERE else. The most incompetent staff I've ever seen at a pizza place. Being a former manager of a pizzeria, I know just how easy the job... is. It's pathetic how bad their customer service. Couldn't even make a pepperoni and sausage pizza correct....its two toppings,how do you fall so short on the genetic make up that you can't correctly make a pizza. When calling them to get it remade, I wasbasically told I was screwed as far as getting it corrected. Will never be going to this location again. Read more
Stood and waited for 7 minutes before anyone had noticed I was there. They were too busy talking about smoking marijuana... instead of focusing on the customer. 3 stars because the pizza was delicious the service could/ should be much better. Ordered three pumpkin pizzas on October 30th online. When I went to pick them up they were burned. I already accepted the fact... they were out of the pumpkin balloons that comes with the pizza, but I refused to accept burned pizzas. The cook didn?t want toremake them, so I asked him for a refund. He said the refund would go back to my card, and it has not, so I guess they arethieves as well. I filed a fraudulent transaction complaint with my bank, because I have yet to receive my refund for pizzas Idid not take with me. Read more
