I have always been a fan of Rosati's. The pizza is good especially for a chain. Plus I love the slice and a soda deal.
I normally love this pizza but my latest experience was horrible....overcooked burnt pizza isn't so good! I would never pull a... burnt pie out of the oven and serve that to anyone...SMH Read more
My pizza was burnt and they refused to deliver a new one. They wanted me to bring the pizza back. I was denied to speak to the... manager. The person on the phone hung up on me when I told him I would send him photos. Wasted $35 in the garbage. Will never dobusiness with this place again. Read more
If I could give minus 0 I would! I placed an order online select the Madison location, end up in Milwaukee sometimes. Came to... Madison and the GM here explained that happens very Often and they work with the customers. Called Milwaukee and triedto.explain to the GM Hector and very rudely told me that's not my problem. And asked.so.are you going to.pixked them up or?? Iexplained we live an hour ans a half ans he once againnsaod well that's not my fault... refused to give me corporate number oranyone above him. Good pizza! Chicken Alfredo was okay, I didn?t like the chicken itself but the flavor of the Alfredo sauce was good. The tenders... were okay too, they were just breaded tenders there was nothing outstanding about them. We went a couple minutes before theyclosed and the staff was still very friendly and we didn?t feel like we were being rushed at all. Read more
Subpar pizza. They delivered 2 pizzas like this. Then said it was issue with new employee. They said they would give us extra... garlic bread for the issue. Garlic bread never showed up with new pizza order either. I get they don't get paid much but I don'tsee how they could have screwed this up any more than they did. Not coming back. Read more
Stopped for a slice at lunchtime. Pizza was great. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
