Last night was my first time in this restaurant and I have to say my service was horrible. The food was GREAT I had the ribs... and they were awesome. The girl who was our waitress never came to check on us or ask if we needed refills or update with ourorder We just ordered Ribs and a kids macaroni and cheese and took forever especially when the waitress never comes back tocheck on you. ???? Adding an additional review: 3/28/2019 stopped in for a quick bite to eat and I was blown away by the fact that they now have... paper straws instead of plastic!! This is incredible and inspiring in our world now days! Keep up the great work SFB! Such agreat experience each time I come here! The Maple root beer is amazing!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and theinterior is incredible! Gives of such great vibes and the food is impeccable! Very enjoyable time all around! Read more

Hit the mark with our visit last night. Sat at the bar for a beer and a big pretzel. Ended up sitting for dinner. What a patient... staff we encountered. Actually felt like VIP. The service was tight yet not overwhelming. The jumbalaya was great. My wife lovedher red cabbage, potatoes and schnitzel! And the best for me was having a peanut butter Porter that tasted just like it sounds.With a subtle lingering of peanut butter calling me out to take another swallow. I even had to take some home. One of the best breweries in Wisconsin. Incredibly good beers with wonderfully clever names. The food is equally good. I’ve... eaten here several times now and never been disappointed with the quality of the food or the beers. It’s also a wonderfulatmosphere - not too loud and with plenty of tv screens. I really do enjoy the food. However the service we received last night was horrendous. The bartender never introduced herself.... Then her and the other waitress kinda just dropped our food in the middle of the table, obviously not knowing who ordered what.I can't begin to tell you how long it took for her to give us our bill. Then she proceeded to mess it up numerous times. Ifanything we will just order the food from a delivery service, that way we don't have to put up with the terrible service. Theonly thing kind of saving the review, was the food. At least the kitchen staff knows what their doing. Hats off to you. Read more
