As far as Starbucks inside the airport goes, I think this has been the best one I've been to. Milwaukee airport ain't too busy... so there was no long line and nothing was hectic here. Possibly because the business is so slow, there was only one gal manningthe place. She had to do everything herself so things were slow, but she was quick on her hands and got things movingalong. She wS also super sweet - call everyone "love" until she put the order in and got her names at which point she startedcalling us by our names. I asked her what her name was and she said Mercedes. Very considerate, friendly, and professional. Ijust had a dopio, so not really sure how good she is with making other drinks, but can't imagine them being bad considering howgood she is in every other aspect. Is usually don't get such nice service at "airport" Starbucks so I'm giving this place fivestars! Read more

This Starbucks is directly after TSA security so it seems to always be busy. I ordered mobile and had no issues. The woman with... the long dark hair making the drinks was a gem! They were supposed to be a 5-person team but down 2 team members and still had agreat spirit and hustle! Read more
It is an interesting phenomenon how long people are willing to wait for caffeine and sugar! Every airport Starbucks that I have... ever been to takes forever, and this one is no exception. Thank goodness people have phones to keep them occupied. DearStarbucks, your prices are high enough to offer a good wage so you can HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! p.s. Ordered online, the completion time came and passed, no coffee. I waited a few minutes and then finally asked where was my... order, coffee with while milk and heavy cream. The lady don't drinks gives an attitude about having to add 2 difference creamsto my drink. No one called my name and I ended up without what I ordered. Read more
This location is supposed to open at 4:30 am. At 5:10, they were still closed. The staff had been there when I walked by at... 5:15, so I asked if they were open. They (2 females) replied that they open at 5:30. I suggested that they should have thewebsite reflect that. The response ?Maybe we should get access to the website?. ?We don?t control that?.
