Breakfast was tasty, and a good value. I had the bacon, egg, & cheese Stromboli--pretty good. The kids enjoyed the eggs and... potatoes. Eggs were clearly the pre-packaged variety, but they got the job done. The potatos were surprisingly well-seasoned anddelicious. Read more
Service was ok. Food is sitting out and you can see what you are going to get. My piece of pizza was a little bland and way... overpriced. You will be paying the price you would for a full pizza. Kind of what you would expect from a place like this. Read more
Arrived back in Milwaukee before our ride to pick us up was ready, so we decided to have lunch at Famous Famiglia in General... Mitchell Airport. Rudest customer service ever! I ordered a salad for my wife and was told to step down to the cash register topay. I politely informed the young woman who took 'care' of me that I was not done ordering. She gave me a big eye roll, anddisgusted look. I ordered some pasta, and was then again told to go to the register -- which I did. She then proceeds to wait onanother customer who just walked up and did not ring me up and take my payment for another 3-4 minutes. The other customerturned to me and even apologized for interrupting my transaction. I told him I was ready to walk away (as there ARE otherchoices in the airport), and only then did the rude worker proceed to check me out. I had to ask twice for a fork, was NOT givena tray, etc. The service couldn't have gone worse and the food was only so-so. I was made to feel like I was this woman'sbiggest problem for the day. Perfect example of why we should not have a $15 minimum wage. DON'T EAT HERE - change will onlyhappen when this place goes out of business... Read more
I can honestly say, I have never seen worse customer service from a restaurant in my life. After hours of flying, I get off the... plane starving and try to get food. As I approach this place, the cashier says to another worker there "Here comes anotheridiot, I hope he doesn't come here to get food". I just stood there in disbelief. We were really hungry and just off the plane so we decided to risk it and eat here. Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE.... The cashier helping us wasn't much help. She was too busy telling her friend that came to visit her how bad her day is and howshe doesn't want to be here. She finally decides to help us. But then everytime I said what I wanted. She would end with "okstep to the checkout " she did this like 4 times. I am assuming that's her way of telling me she is done and wants me to be doneordering. I won't come here again. Read more
