Usually I have great service but today I was very disappointed that I ordered ahead and was then not able to go in store to pick... up my coffee. If you don't turn off the order ahead please have someone that can bring the drinks out or set up a cart in thevestibule. Read more
The staff at this location is great. Not many of the locations make my hot matcha latte the way I enjoy it, but this one almost... 100% of the time make it petfect. The dog gets his pup cup, hubby gets his fave, and we're out of the drive thru quickly. Read more
There was a large fly at the bottom of my iced coffee and i couldnt see it until I finished the drink. I was given a refund, but... the barista made a joke and literally said "would you like a side of fly with that" and "have a better day". It was disgustingand not funny. Read more
I went into the cafe, and when i was going to the register, Lyndsey gave me the DIRTIEST look. I was smiling at everyone and she... had the audacity to give that dirty look. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so i continued being nice but she was givingme attitude when ordering. I just felt very rushed, disrespected and disgusted when encountering her. I am speechless. They should really implement a curbside pick up to avoid the hectic drive thru lines. It Isn?t hard putting... more people on the schedule to make it possible. I really really recommend people to do the drive to the Starbucks on 27th. Waybetter service and the presentation is amazing. Not like this joke of a Starbucks. Read more
Just giving this low stars because they have not changed in the app that this location is drive through only, nor is it marked... anywhere but on the door. Meaning you can mobile order so you will be on time for work, but if you go there you have to wait intheir extra long line if you want the coffee you already paid for. Read more
