Normally I?d rate a Starbucks 5 stars, but this location, at all hours, has some of the worst service I?ve ever experienced. We... live nearby, so this is our typical location when we want to walk to get coffee, but we will often opt to drive elsewhere due tothe poor service (baristas on their phones while on the job, slow service, etc?). I waited 40 minutes in line this morning! When I got to the front of the line the barista said they weren't taking anymore... orders because they were overwhelmed with online orders! Unacceptable.
