Normally I?d rate a Starbucks 5 stars, but this location, at all hours, has some of the worst service I?ve ever experienced. We... live nearby, so this is our typical location when we want to walk to get coffee, but we will often opt to drive elsewhere due tothe poor service (baristas on their phones while on the job, slow service, etc?). Food and beverages you get from Starbucks. But the employees can only make one drink at a time, so it is sooo slooow. And this... morning, in 17° weather, they made the executive decision that I wanted my macchiato iced. Never did I ever. Never have I ever.The three others mornings I ordered there, I asked for hot. I waited 40 minutes in line this morning! When I got to the front of the line the barista said they weren't taking anymore... orders because they were overwhelmed with online orders! Unacceptable. In person customers that have been waiting almost an hourshould be priority. Worst experience! I think I'll make my coffee at home after today. Read more
Everything I ordered was made well. Polite and friendly staff. There was 2 things that were less than ideal at this location.... There are only 2 tiny tables if you're thinking of sitting down so I'm guessing it'll be 50/50 whether or not either will beavailable. Lastly, it's located inside of a hotel lobby and all the doors say key card needed for entry when in fact the farright door was unlocked. Some type of clear signage for the entrance would be a definite upgrade. ???????? Read more
Cashier did not cover her nose with her mask! It shocked me to see someone serving food to others and so blatantly disregard... their health.
