Terrible costumer service, they sit around in a group talking about other employees instead of making the product. Very rude and... don?t take responsibility for messed up orders on their end. They occasionally make the order right but rarely. I?ve watchedmangers belittle other employees right in front of me, moral of the story?choose a different location. Read more
If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. Customer service at this location was horrible. Couldn't believe it as a shareholder... and as a frequent customer of Starbucks with many years of loyalty to the brand and visits to stores all across thecountry. After ordering a sandwich for my son from the counter and accidentally placing a mobile order for another location,they told me they could not make the coffee from this location because they would lose profit since they are independent fromthe typical Starbucks chains. I understood and asked if they could give us a small cup of ice water so my son could finish hissandwich, and they said that they charge for ice water even though we ordered a breakfast sandwich. Not only was I stunned butother customers were stunned as well and several were vocal and said that they had received ice water at that location free ofcharge before. Either way, the management of this location has to retrain the employees on what customer service means. Read more
I tried to get a quick coffee before they closed. The worker saw me approaching the door at 6:50 PM, made eye contact with me,... and locked the door. They are scheduled to close at 7 PM. Not that this says much about me as a customer trying to get a coffeein the last 10 minutes before close, but I arrived to the store within their scheduled hours. Read more
I asked for a 16 oz. Coffee trying to be fun , also ordered a sandwich and the wrapping was handled with wet hand print. Not... funny. Never Again. I live downtown and thought it would be nice to have a place that was close. ???? Read more

Came in to receive free Veteran's Day coffee. Had to wait for awhile and gave order to another customer that came after me....
