The owner is very unprofessional I order online and came to the store the store was closed. I asked for a refund owner never got... back to me to confirm. Just kept giving me the run around. Upon arrival I was disappointed...but the staff ..Soyaata the cashier made my disappointment disappear... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR... THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AND LEAVING ME A SATISFIED CUSTOMER DEFINITELY WILL RETURN BECAUSEHER... THANX AGAIN *****UPDATE***I arrived at Subway today around about 10:30.... I had a coupon that said get 3 ft longs for$17.99 on the coupon it didn't specify what type of subs I could get it actually shows specialty subs on the coupon..... I wasthen told by the sales associate that he could not honor the coupon .....I asked for the supervisor and he told me he was thesupervisor I then asked him what was his name so that when I put my review I could make sure I included him and how he servicedme and he unfortunately declined I'm really upset because why do you send out coupons if they can't be used that doesn't makesense ????...for this deed today I take away all my stars and I give you a one star and a thumbs down ......and no worries Iwill never ever ever be back again thanks for nothing Subway..???????????????????? Ordered picked up and it wasn't ready when arrived. Bread seemed old it was kind of hard. Toppings and meat seemed good.
The bread was old. The sandwiches were very dry. They overall just tasted very bad. I ordered a certain cookie and got a totally... different kind. Will never order from this subway again. Read more
There were 3 young women working there and they were moving at the speed of less then one. One did not know what came on the... sandwiches. An online order must have printed out and they looked at it 10 times while I waited for them to take my ordercomplete my order and they appeared to be contemplating if they should make it versus competing my order and then taking care ofthat one. This location is just disorganized and I see why other location owners are at their locations a large percentage ofthe time. Read more
One of the best Subway location I have ever been. Friendly staff and great owners. The Venue is so clean that once you enter... inside the place, you don't wanna come out back. Better option for a quick bite when u r driving thru. Read more

Placed an online order pickup time was 8:35 PM. They suppose to close at 9:00 however, they were closed at 8:35. Next day I... requested a refund and the owner was reluctant to return my money. This is the worst Subway on Milwaukee Northwest side. Read more
