I like going to this Taco Bell but waiting in drive thru for 35 minutes is unacceptable especially while being a hostage in a... drive thru that I can't get out of... the cashier was trying NOT to give me my receipt so I won't be able to tell Taco Bellabout my experience and take the survey is unprofessional and pathetic. I hope they improve their customer service and maketheir drive thru move faster enough because people don't have close to an hour to spend in a fast food restaurant! Read more

Changing my 4star to a 1/2 star rating. This was always my go-to taco bell. Best one I've gotten service from. Food used to be... hot and well filled and staff always friendly and polite. However lately I find myself not wanting to come back to thislocation. Staff lately have been rude, unenergized and uninterested, as though the customers are nothing but a bother, and thefood lacks substance. More often than not the burritos I get are 90% tortilla with hardly any filling. Unless this placeimproves I don't think I'll continue coming here. Update Sept 17, 2022: Tonight was better. A long wait but that seems to bethe norm on weekends at night. Tonight's staff was definitely very friendly! Most of the food was hot and was actuallyfilling! However the Mexican pizza I got was ice cold even though everything else was still hot. Keep up this improvement! Read more

Don't expect your order to be correct or complete if you order from here through GrubHub. From the overall Google (ratings and... reviews) score, I notice this location is way substandard, even for a Taco Bell. Oh well. It's not the courier's fault if thestore hands over a bag missing essential (purchased) items. Maybe if you're standing right there watching, or if you can checkyour bag before you pull away from the drive-through, there might be a chance of getting your correct full order here.Otherwise, not so much. Oh my where do I begin. I went there for lunch last week and it seemed to be taking a long time with only three cars in front of... me. I will stop at the speaker where you order and I could see two different orders because they had different totals anddifferent items. I figured the speaker must have been broke because not one person came on the speaker and said one momentplease or acknowledge anything so I thought it was broke. I pull up to the window and the girl says the price is blah blah blahand I told her I did not even order. So she took my order at the window. Some big huge white guy maybe manager don't know wasreally rude. I explained to him about what I saw on the speaker where you order and mentioned that nobody even came on thespeaker to say anything. He replied we are really busy. Really really?? But I told him about the orders on the speaker and hesaid oh yeah that's broke. But was short and rude with me trying to rush me with getting my money out. I've never experiencedsomething like this in all the years I've been going to Taco hell Read more

This WAS my goto Taco bell for over 20 years. A few days ago I made an order that inside the bag were 4 soft shell tacos when I... ordered Hard shell. Those tacos were in the bottom of the bag and were saturated with something wet, and it wasn't grease fromthe meat. On top of those I also ordered those new cheesy double beef burritos (of coarse not much cheese or meat in them). Thetacos had at minimum about a teaspoon of meat in them as well, and a few strands of cheese! I will be contacting Corporate onthis. So people SAVE your receipts so you can do the same if you have complaints, they may send you another coupon for what youspent for the order. If they do I will go to another TB even though I will have to drive farther! Where do they get theseworkers from??? If they were making this food for themselves, it would not have looked like mine! Only gave me about 5 partially stale Cinnamon Twists in my order. See Image... I also ordered and received 2 Dorito's Locos... Tacos with one being more stale than the other, and no receipt to take the survey that I sometimes get bugged about. However,the Cheesy Gordita Crunch correctly came with no spicy ranch; so that's always nice to know that some attention was paid. Thisorder occurred at about 8:45pm on Friday March 25, 2022. Total: $10.14 2 - Regular DLT's 1 - Cinnamon Twists 1 - Cheesy GorditaCrunch w/ no Spicy Ranch + - Mild Sauce I've been on a Taco Bell binge the past two months and normally go to the franchisenear my office but unfortunately I wasn't over there tonight. And yes I did check the main bag because that's normally wherethey fall to when tossed in. Though shame on me for not verifying the order before driving off and just assuming I wouldn't getswindled on cini-twists. TL;DR I could only dream of the sweet sweet taste of luscious cini-twists dancing among my pallet as Ineared the Layton strip.
