Haven't been here in a while and the last time I was here it was a decent experience, but this time around I cannot say the... same. I thought I was easy to understand with my simple order of "Deluxe Cravings Box with a Baja Blast." Whoever was takingorders continues to ask, "the nacho box or the nacho deluxe cravings box?" Like what???? The deluxe cravings box listed on themenu comes with nacho fries and it's called "deluxe cravings box" so that's what I ordered! The nacho fries box is smaller anddifferent! So I said, "the deluxe cravings box, the one that's right on the menu" She gets frustrated and acquires a rude toneand says,"girl do you want the nacho fries deluxe box or the regular cravings box?! One has nacho fries and one doesn't" On themenu it clearly shows they are two different boxes that both come with nacho fries. At this point I'm frustrated and confusedand I give up and say "the nacho fries deluxe box with a Baja blast please." I don't understand why she was being rude andgetting confused when I was asking for items as it was listed on the menu. Read more

I swear on everything I dislike about taco bell tacos! They display decent nice size almost homemade looking tacos, but when you... order a party for the kids this is what you get just about at every Taco Bell I?ve been at in MKE? What is up with that. Sat in line for over 30 mins. Food was cold and beans on my nachos were a hard lump of I don't know what. Cashier was on her... phone and didn't even greet me. On top of all that they forgot my hot sauce. Why is this so hard to get right? Read more
I never had a problem with the drive thru staff. However been here many times since the return of the Mexican pizza and they... never have it. To save drive up time, since the drive through line holds your car hostage, I try calling, but no one can answerthe phone. Read more
I havent been to taco bell in a long time. But today my visit felt like i was there forever. My chicken taco had a small chicken... tender in it hardly any lettuce n tons of sauce. My chicken chalupa had next to no chicken or Lettuce. It was mostly shell nsauce. The burritos have gotten way smaller too. But there what saved them was the baja blast soda and the diablo sauce. OMG, the Taco Bell on 3334 S. 27th st.( Southgate), is so slow. It took 38 minutes, for 4 cars, including mine, to get to the... order speaker, place the relatively small order, get the food and leave. One guy backed out of the drive thru, parked and wentinside. Then, their register couldn't print a paper receipt, so I couldn't get app credit/points for my $17.89 purchase ! Ialso couldn't get the free "steal a base, steal a taco promotion, because even the manager trainee didn't know how to credit thepurchase, unless it was ordered through the app. Which is why the app is worthless. You should be able to give the order takera code, like McDonald's or Burger King, to redeem rewards. Another worthless part of the app is that rewards expire so quickly. Read more
