Put in a 30 dollar Uber eats order and I called to just ask if they could put some things on the side for me so that my items... wernt saugy when they arrived and was hung up on then I called back just for him to tell me my order will get there when itgets there like he's threatening to hold my food longer than he has to. Like look it's not my fault your mad at what ever it isyour mad at but I am paying customer and did not need to be hung up on and yelled at and then threatened like that. Read more
This place is amazing as long as you place an online order and give them some time to cook it up they'll make sure it's done... right. Make sure you order before they close at least an hour the staff there is awesome. This is a great taco bell! As an Uber Eats/Doordash Driver, I notice everything. They are professional, prompt and most of all... they don't ignore me when I walk through the door. The place is clean and I definitely will go to more pickups over here. Read more
Ordered on the app, also ordered extra toppings. After ordering I entered and began to wait for the order to be placed in the... pickup section like the many times I?ve ordered with the app. After a while, One of the employees asked if I ordered in which Isaid that I did and I used the app. One of the line cooks then proceeded to yell that I had to walk to the counter and basicallyorder my food even though I already had. I reiterated that I had already ordered and that my order was on their preparationscreen. The line worker then repeated that I had to order and I heard him from under his breath say ?instead of sitting on yourass? this is the first problem I have had in the 2 years of having the app. My food was also incorrect because the extras Iordered were simply not present. This is the first and last time I?m coming to this Taco Bell, because it?s obvious that theydon?t know/care to run it. Read more
This location doesn't have the latest and greatest technology in fast food service: a trash can in the drive thru. I dumped... another Taco Bell remnants of a soda out my window and was immediately chastised by the worker while he was holding my food andpayment details. I was told "was that really necessary" and I, taken aback, didn't know what he was talking about. He repeatedit and said that there will be bugs. Forecast for today is rain. The owner should have better training for customer service soas not to alienate their customers with guilt. Lesson learned: pour out liquids directly into cup holder to not disrupt aservice workers rainy day. And my order was wrong. Read more
Stopped at 8 pm and was told we can only order tacos and burritos because they didn?t want to make anything else, we were also... told to ?hurry up with the order cuz we close soon? mind you it?s an hour before close. They over charged three tacos and adrink at $10.73 and the best part?. they got the order wrong and forgot the drinks. Read more
I typically walk to this location since I live not to far, though today I ordered from doordash as I did not want to leave my... home. I ordered a beef quesorito, which is usually supposed to be a burrito type deal. When I recieved my order, it was onetortilla, the size if their normal tacos, and had little to nothing inside the item itself. I'm thoughourly disappointed. Read more
