The soft shell taco was a hot mess, the crunch wrap was soggy, the Mt. Dew was weak, and they didn?t give us napkins.

Location is very unprofessional. Waited for 30 minutes for them to take my order I wanted a 12 pack of Doritos tacos and told me... that she can only make 6 very rudely because it's only 2 workers including herself which all she has to worry about is baggingthe order. So I told her okay can I get 2 deluxe boxes and then she suddenly goes silent comes back on to tell me that they arenot able to service food at this moment. I never been to this one because People told me that they had bad service but that allhit me once I saw that. I always go to the one out by my job which is always professional, nice, respectful and never had to gothrough that. Read more

Very unprofessional, people need to be trained in basic customer service etiquette. When someone drives up to the speaker box... it's not, "Whatchu want?" It's "Welcome to Taco Bell, may I take your order?" Or some variation, I don't care if you put yourown spin on it. When they come up to the window, confirm the total, let them know it will be a minute, take the payment method.Don't stand their with your hand held out like a beggar. Actually, they talk more and are more professional, maybe you couldlearn from beggars. Finally, when you give the food, you say something along the lines of have a nice day, anything really. Itlets the customer know that you have given them their entire order. It is not the time for you to start yelling across the storeabout no one else being on the mic. Now, I'm going to very carefully decide if it's worth the risk and examine my food beforeeating it, if your drivethru through was like that, I'd hate to see the kitchen. Read more

Taco bell was one of my favorite places to eat when I was a kid. As I became an adult I quickly lost interest. Maybe it's... because they changed their meat, other ingredients, it just didn't taste the same. But recently I got off work late and washungry, I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed. I got the crispy chicken taco box and it was fire. I mean it reallytasted like the old back on the day Taco Bell. They were not skimpy with the meat or other ingredients. I was really impressed.So welcome Taco Bell. The staff at this location is always friendly, down to earth, and always have great attitudes. Read more

Stopped in on lunch drive thru was too long so I decided to go inside. What a mistake that was. Placed my order at the kiosk... twice because there was an oops with the machine. Needless to say when I got back to my job my order was wrong for all 4 of us.Customer service at its worst. Staff wasn't friendly with the exception of 1 young lady. She actually greeted me and helped withthe kiosk. The manager was having words with a male customer...we have to do better especially when your asking for $15 amhour....I will not be going back there. This isn't my first bad experience there. I feel very bad when at the pay window, the person said "you repeated 5 times the same thing and don't waste my time". However I... was just reconfirming that I need tacos with no beef only 2 times because first time he did not listen. After all this, I wasshocked when I opened the packet at home, it was 2 burrito instead of 3 tacos and one of them had beef in it. I did not checkedat the window otherwise I could have noted that person name and took the strong action immediately. This is totallyunprofessional behavior I have seen in any restaurant and the person doesn't have sense how to deal with their customers. Read more
