What we ordered: a online box (beefy 5 layer burrito, Chalupa supreme, and cheesy potatoes), a soft shell supreme taco, a soft... shell taco, and a been & cheese burrito. What we got: 5 open-on-one-side, beef and shredded cheese burritos, and a burrito fullof refried beans. Very disappointing! Went to 3 locations before we could get our food. Went to one on Lovers Lane & Silver Spring. Girl said they... were not taking orders. Then went to 124th & Capital, there were 11 cars in the drive-thru lane! So final attempt was on 76th &Appleton to finally get the Taco Bell food we were craving. Read more
Not a place where quality assurance is guaranteed (i mean the employees are high what does one expect, 5 star service?) But if... you don't make any changes to the basic menu l think they can get the order done, but you're taking a risk if you want somethingremoved. Anywho today i rolled the dice again on this place (09/01/2022). I am now committed to the belief that Taco Bellshould just close down this store either for good or past 5 pm or so. I mean I did go here at 945 pm (but they are supposed tobe open late right?). But at this time the store was open and the employees were peddling water. That's all one could order. Forreal was there no manager here tonight? They actually asked me if water was all I wanted, then I could go ahead with myorder. Hey Tacobell executives wouldn't it be better for profits to at least turn the lights off and send people home? Lol it'sfunny because there's this little hut of a place selling corn beef (connected by the same parking lot even) and I was jokingsaying that the workers were actually over there selling taco bells corn beef and calling it gourmet. They claimed they was in the middle of shift change but it was plenty of workers there when i used to work in fast food the next... shift was always there before the shift started / ended.. What i dont understand is when people need jobs they never want towork i was there at 1050 just to get 1 meal and couldnt even get it cause this location got jokers for work.. I am seriously not understanding why this restaurant is still open, a friend ask me to go get a number 1, supreme taco combo!... This means lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, meat, sour cream, I opened the bag 3 regular ????, no lettuce, no sour cream, I say can Iplease have what I ordered, HER ohhhhh you want supreme ???? I said YESSSSSS that's what I ordered and can I have the receipt,HER I DONT KNOW WHERE IT WENT, ITS GONE, ME HOW? I get yo the car open the bag, 2 of the tacos were changed the 3rd wasn't???????????????? the tea looked like water on the top and tea on the bottom, I didn't have enough strength to go through the teasituation! Took my order went to restroom. So unprofessional. Got home soft tacos when I asked for hard. Very disappointing. Too short... staffed. Made myself and other customers come inside. Taco Bell needs to get it together ASAP! Read more
Terrible service and terrible product- they did not have Nacho Fries (advertised ALL over right now). Online order took 20... minute wait to get, and was STILL missing items. The stuff we did get was absolute TRASH. Tell me, would you be excited to eat(or even open) this hard taco?? Read more
Supposedly it was only one employee there and supposed manager said that she wasn't serving nobody because there was only one... worker whether it's true not I don't know but with my bosses convincing we Got to place our orders. Read more
