Trashy workers and location. There will be no cars in the drive thru, lights will be on, yet when you go to the speaker, they... will say there is a 30min wait, door dash orders only, no hard shell tacos, this or that?-basically any excuse not to take anorder. Now, I don?t live around there, or live anywhere close, but I do work in the vicinity, and am always disappointed andnow sort of expect, not getting any food or an order in because of XYZ excuse. Therefore, I do not recommend this place. Theentire staff needs to be revamped. Obviously management, corporate, and/or area district managers for Taco Bell are readingonline reviews once in a while. Take a look at why this particular location is getting so many bad reviews and do somethingabout it. Just an awful establishment and the bar is literally on the floor and rolling away. Order is incorrect every single time. Today we thought to double check no items were missing before leavin(luckily all was... there), but half of it was made incorrectly. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that had hardly any chicken or cheese, and there wasno sauce in it that always comes in the quesadillas. I also ordered a steak chalupa with avocado ranch sauce. It was missing thesauce and had only a few small pieces of steak in it (I basically ate a lettuce wrap). They also conveniently didn't supply areceipt so I can't leave a review directly with them. Ordered through grub hub. 2 tacos, a gordita crunch, some chips and cheese, and 2 drinks. I received 1 taco, the gordita crunch,... and the wrong drinks. No straws to really top it off. Wouldn?t leave a review if this wasn?t the 5th or 6th time this locationhas dropped the ball. Just don?t order online from them. I?ve gotten a correct order once from them. Literally the worst Taco Bell ever. Tried stopping tonight and was greeted with, ?nothing fried, grilled or steamed. Basically... only hard shell and soft shell tacos?. Started off good when they opened and now are complete trash. Read more
I?ve had a few bad experiences at this particular Taco Bell, but they have turned it around lately. They must be paying better... now because they have some quality people working there. Food came out fast and fresh, and the lady at the window was superfriendly. My spicy cheesy double beef was spicy, cheesy, and double beefy, just the way God intended. Read more
We love Taco Bell breakfast, but usually our order is wrong or not well made. The lady working this morning was the only one... there and she made everything perfect and hot, gave us plenty of sauce, and started up the coffee for us. The customer service is continuously A cut above the rest in comparison to other local restaurants. The restaurant lobby is... usually open, clean and staffed with respectful employees who work quickly to fill orders. The store manager a young black maleleads by example in delivering good customer service. Read more
