This place will be a gem once they get settled in. Food was a little hit and miss. The variety of apps we tried were... exceptional, drinks were good, pricey but good. Salads were good, the Ancient Grain salad was tasty.\nEveryone enjoyed theirentrees although the ribeyes were not cooked as ordered ... maybe folks are still getting used to the grill as thisestablishment is still very new. I will say the customer service team was awesome. Our server, Chloe, was super. Also the dining area and the bar were awesome. This place is my new fav! The service is amazing! The food is delicious. We had the bone in fillets which was the special for... the night. Artichoke dip was perfect. The lobster roll is served cold but the best in the city! The winner for me is the wayguburger, let’s just say I’ll be back for that burger soon! Oh and the cocktails are on point! Read more
We came in for lunch and had the Tuna Tartare and Crab Cake to start and they were both good but not great. Our mains, the... Lobster Roll and Bridgewater Burger, were fantastic. The service was good but it was empty when we went (during lunch on BlackFriday) so I can\'t speak to how it is when things are busy. The interior is nice but can be really opened up during the summerso I\'m sure the atmosphere will be much better when the weather warms up. Outstanding customer service! How refreshing experience that in Milwaukee. It is very hard to find a dinning place here that has... a great culture.\n\nThe staff were very friendly and accommodating, the chef made a plant base dish for me even it was not onthe menu so if you are a vegan don’t shy from trying this place.\n\nWill definitely be back with friends. For drinks we got the Gin Punch and Caramelized Old Fashioned, both were good. The Oysters were good too, but we LOVED the... Scallops and the Ribeye, seasoned so well and so flavorful. For a day 1 launch, Bridgewater handled the evening better than a lot of restaurants in MKE. Food was fantastic, portions were... large, and the atmosphere was open and alive! This is a great new option in if you find yourself in the walkers point area. Read more
The atmosphere was stunning. We had an amazing meal with great service. We tried the tuna tartare (the tuna melted in our... mouths), ancient grains salad (so many flavors!!
