Let me tell ya! The Garage is a super fun place for a casual atmosphere out with friends. Drinks are reasonably priced and the... patio is great for hanging out. Sometimes it\'s hard to get bartenders attention even when its not busy, it seems like they\'drather socialize with their friends and sit on their phone. PLEASE READ!! I am honestly embarrassed that I brought co-workers here for drinks after a work event on 8/30/2022. The only... female bartender on this night around 11:00 PM was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Besides being a healthcareadministrative professional, I work part-time in the service industry (bartender) and what my co-workers and I experienced iscompletely unacceptable. A majority of my PROFESSIONAL co-workers are minorities with the exception of 1. There were 6 of usand it was our first time there. We asked about drink specials and was informed by this female bartender that it was half off ofmostly everything. The first drink order was Patron on the rocks. The bartender poured Crown Royal on the rocks so we assumedit was for someone else. The bartender hands us Crown Royal on the rocks. We politely let her know we didn?t order this and thatwe asked for Patron. With much aggression, the bartender says ?YOU ORDERED CROWN ROYAL? which we would never do because we don?tdrink Crown Royal at all. The bartender continued to literally ARGUE with us about what we ordered instead of owning up to thefact that SHE HEARD WRONG! Her approach was very much racially charged as if she had preconceived notions that minorities arean issue or minorities don?t tip. After all of this, I found out from my other co worker that got there first that she told himshe didn?t want to make any difficult cocktails so he should order something easy. After being treated with such disrespect, weSTILL tipped this bartender AND paid $5 for the drink that we did NOT order. I hope people take the time to read thisexcessively long review and consider taking business elsewhere seeing that this is not the first post about disrespectful staff. Read more

This place, The Truck Stop, is located inside the bar, The Garage, across from La Masa on Brady. If you put it in Google maps,... it will take you to the corner of Van Buren & Brady for some reason. Very nice patio, staff and patrons.\n\nThis place isdefinitely worth a stop. I wanted to try the waffle wrapped sausage ($10) and it was delicious. Their steak taco ($4.50) is ????especially if you like chimichurri.\n\nAlso their $6 mimosas were mostly champagne in a big glass. Read more
A great place to hangout and grab a drink! they have a phenomenal happy hour, and i love the variety of liquor they have. the... bartenders are very nice! I also love the fact there is a patio here too. The garage also has The Truck Shop for people to grabsome food with their drinks! Read more
We went on a Sunday towards the tail end of their brunch special time. Good food and drinks but our server disappeared as we... were finishing our time there. We did have to go to the bar to ask the bartender to find the server to bring us our bill. Read more
Drinks were moderately priced. Staff was friendly. Dog friendly space and a large outdoor space.
