Man. I waited 2.5 hours for my pizza to be delivered only for it to never be delivered. Imagine being hungry for 3 hours waiting... for food, then it never shows up, you?re starving, but now everything is closed. Woof. Read more
The Toppers team are always courteous when handling my orders and making sure everything is right.
Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple order of pizza and wings, didn?t even get the right order on top of them telling... everybody in the establishment that our orders have been canceled and we can pick up a refund and leave. Ordered the Tallboy pizza and a 3x Order last night. It arrived 25 minutes later than ETA, which I can understand with the way... the F and B business is going. However, I got a sauceless pizza which had been sitting under a heat lamp for about I'd say...35-45 minutes. It was dry, the toppings had dried out and shriveled up and started to have air bubbles. Luckily the 3x order wasunderneath so it was saved from the same fate. If you ever get anything from Toppers, order it there and wait, or call ahead andpick it up. Read more
I have only been here a few times but everytime has been garbage. The first two times I recieved undercooked pizza. I havent... been back since last night, I now I remember why I always order dominoes. Food was 45 minutes later than the estimated arrivaltime. This would have been fine if my food was fresh and order was correct. Food came cold and missing all the sauces. Itsreally annoying to pay $35 have late food thats cold and incomplete. Someone at this toppers woke up and chose violence. We ordered a loaded totza pizza and it was absolutely layered in green... onions and we did not order extra. We also ordered raspberry cheesecake monkey bread and didn?t get any raspberry. On top ofthat, we chose contactless delivery and he called us and told us to get it from the lobby, instead of leaving it at the door. Read more
I usually love this place, but 2 stars because this is the second pizza that has upset my stomach and upon further inspection... seem less then fully cooked. I'm no expert, but I can't usually make cooked dough hold a dent. Read more
Never again. The delivery came with none of the sauces ordered. Called the store and was told the driver would come back with... them. The driver never came back. Read more
