I?m usually a ?everybody has a bad day and ignore it ? type of person but this was my first time here and will Not be coming... back . First off the little girl with the black and white hair is very rude . She has no customer service skills and should notbe employed here . I asked a question about how come the smoothies only have one size and she looked at me like I was stupid .They were quite busy and then she decided to come from the side and help out . Smoothie definitely is the best. Made with real fruit. Food is a NO. Quesadilla was burnt and so thin I honestly don?t see the... chicken just cheese. So burnt smelling k couldn?t eat it. Will definitely order smoothie again though. Read more
I?m usually all about first impressions but the first one was offensive. Explain how a smoothie place doesn?t have any... smoothies? I ordered a Bahama Mama for delivery with other items and did not receive the smoothie itself. When I called I wastold by customer service to contact Doordash because they handle the orders and deliver. This is fine, I can do that. Thequestion is why didn?t anybody reach out to me and ask if I wanted a replacement or something if from what the worker said?there was none left?. I would have gladly picked the peanut butter smoothie instead. I GAVE SPECIFIC instructions for thedriver to deliver to a certain desk, he literally looked at the sign and STILL took it to the wrong desk. I asked why the bagarrived sticky and wet and the worker didn?t know and I couldn?t ask the driver because he had already left. Most likelywouldn?t be ordering from here again. Read more
