I ordered through Door Dash, the restaurant confirmed my order, and prepared my order. When the Dasher arrived for pick up, the... order wasn?t ready. Then they made him wait before telling him that I ordered something that wasn?t on their menu so they hadto cancel my order. This is so unprofessional and the nerve to accuse a paying customer of ordering something that clearly wasa menu option on their door dash. Furthermore, the fact that they accepted and ?prepared? the order. They refused to answerthe telephone as well. Terrible service! Horrible business practices. Read more
