If I could give this 0 stars I would, I ordered three biggie bags all with jbc and two with medium strawberry shakes and one... with a medium sprite and one of them had spicy nuggets, the nuggets were ice cold, the frosties seemed to be in a small cup( andyes I know what a small looks like ) the jbc didn?t have bacon and only had onions and pickles( they?re supposed to havebacon,cheese,ketchup,mustard,pickles,onions,and lettuce), the bathrooms were extremely dirty to the point the person I went withthat had to use the bathroom said she?d rather pee outside then in that bathroom if this doesn?t seem like a problem to you thenI don?t know what will Read more
Trash customer service. No greeting at cash collection window. Won't accept older money. I asked for a chocolate frosty, was... given vanilla, requested nuggets was given cold spicy nuggets, no sauce. Couldn't get 2 items right!?! Service after 8pm sucksat this location. Incredibly slow drive thru at all times of day. They ignore people at the speaker pretty frequently. Today I went and they... barely acknowledged me at the window, I tried to ask for ketchup, but the woman closed the window in my face basically. Get homeonly to have the completely wrong order. I ordered a bake potato and I could NOT believe how small it was, it was the size for a toddler and even they may have felt it... was too small and what happened to the chili it was tomato soup beans!!!! & I can never get a Jr. Cheese burger with meltedcheese no more Wendy's for me. Read more
The staff was friendly, the food was very good.. I'm only giving 3 stars though because the restaurant and dining area were... disgusting. As soon as we entered out the floor was covered in a sticky substance and noticed the tables were not wiped downand there were bits of trash everywhere. Read more
