I absolutely despise this place and you should too. Every single time I go here, and I?ve gone there plenty, I am left with... nothing but gut wrenching disappointment in the workers and myself. They are incapable of performing their jobs at anyreasonable rate. I?ve never gone here and been out at a ?fast food? rate. I love the $5 Biggie Bag and deem it the second bestdeal is the fast food industry but it?s not enough to keep me as a customer here. Drive through line took a very long time but the food was hot when we got to the window and the order was correct

If you see more than one star for this place they're lying. Why is it that the drive through is always so slow? I waited 40min... just to place mt order even though their was full staffing and a barely empty lobby. This is a everyday thing with them.Everyone including the owner and managers should be fired and replaced because theirs no order or decipline. I ordered two burgers and fries I was served two raw hamburgers. when I took them back they gave me a hard time because i bite... off one of the burgers before spitting it out. I was given two more burgers that were raw as well. when I exchanged thoseburgers their only resolve was to give me my money back. I told the manager I wanted burgers not my money back. while I was atthe counter another customer came to the counter with raw burgers and a chicken sandwich as well. I asked to speak with someonebecause the manager never really said no more than 4 or 5 words to me despite the questions I was asking in an attempt toresolve this problem. when I talked to the person on the phone and explained other customers were having the same problem. shetried justifying it by saying it was because they were aware of my problem when in fact their food was raw as well see picsattached. long story short this place smelled bad, flies everywhere, very poor service and cold fries. the staff insulted me(one of the fry cooks that was not involved with resolving my issue at all). stay away from this place. there is a McDonalds 1block west of this place. Staff was highly professional and courteous. The young lady who took my order demonstrated a firm knowledge of her craft and... technical savvy. My food came within 3 minutes of ordering it and it was still hot when I got back to the jobs break room 5mins. away. Out of all of this I wholeheartedly enjoyed the cashier who took my order. She was pleasant, professional, kind andcaring. She epitomized quality customer service. Read more
