Well, the wait was horrendous in the line and at the order kiosk. Total of 25 mins before ordering. During the wait the car was... approached twice by a person begging for money, so were the rest of the cars waiting. Very slow service. Love their chilli and spicy chicken sandwich.
Slowest drive thru EVER!! No joke waited in line for 15-20 mins without it even moving. Employees are absolutely rude and our... order was completely wrong and this isnt the 1st time we have experienced this problem here. Oh lets not forget how they are outof items everytime we have gone there. Only reason we have tried it a few times is because its close, but not anymore forget itwe will drive across town now. Bought a salad for my girlfriend through the drive thru and it was spoilt. Smelled horrible. Could not take it back because it... was late in the night and we had already reached back to the hotel. Just ended up sharing my meal with her. Waste of money. Theywere doing some repairs at the time and the workers did not seem too pleasant at all to be there working at that hour. Theyshould really check their food before giving it to customers that night could have been a lot worse if the smell wasn't sopungent. Usually like Wendy's but this was an off-putting experience. Put in an online order, went to the drivethru. After waiting in line for 15 minutes with no movement, parked and tried to go... inside but the doors were locked. Manager finally came to the door and said that people in the neighborhood just like to ?sitand chat? in the line and that you have to call for them to bring the food out. On top of that, the food was cold and wasmissing items. The manager was nice, but will still never go back. Read more
