The place is such a joke. They would make more money if they charged for the seating as a comedy show. I walked in it was pretty... empty. The order taker yelled from behind the counter to a lady sitting at a table "Momma we waiting on your fries" Afterwaiting 5 minutes with nobody there he told me I'll be right with you. I stood at the counter 7 minutes before he took my order. When I went to pay in cash. I reached in my pocket and he walked away. Another guy came up 4 minutes later and asked did hetake your order. I said no I didn't pay. He said it will be $××.00 and I paid... the process was about 10 minutes with nobodythere just to order. After about 10 minutes another guy walked in and said he placed an order online. The guy behind the countersaid excuse me I can't here you what did you order? The customer replied with his online order. The employee took his headphones out each ear connected to his cell phone.... he was listening to music. The employee yelled I can't hear you.... you needto speak up. Lol I could go on but. The bad part is I ordered my wings extra crispy. I got home and they were not even cooked.As I went to my garbage to toss the wings I remembered I have an air fryer. The place needs to be closed down. Read more
Worst service ever, last night I showed up and the cashier was rly nice, but when I ordered waited 45mins to an hour, food was... cold by the time I got home so it was sitting for a while, got home and realized that 20 out of the 40 wings wrong, ordered 20bone in and 20 boneless, then I called the GM and she said to come back with the receipt but when I showed up she said sheneeded the food, when she never said that over the phone, had a really bad attitude as well, but I offered to FaceTime myparents to show the food that we had but she wanted me to drive all the way back home again to just grab the food to come backand wait another 10-15 mins for the manager. All in all, worse customer service and the food was gross, the dry rub had water orwhatever in the package. Would never go here again Read more
Horrible Service! I placed a order over the phone only to arrive and my food was not even ready ....Then I get home and my food... is cold like it had just been sitting there. So disappointing!!!!. Wing stop you need to do better Read more
Ordered online for 11 pm pickup. I work right up the street. Was there on time to pick up the order. It was cold. The wings... were funky. However I came back the next day to complain and the lady there made me a new large meal. That meal was reallyreally good. I didn't like the bad order, but I liked the lady that helped me the next day by making it right. Read more

My experience at Wingstop was horrendous!!! First of all, I waited an hour for my food. Secondly, when I received it my bag was... filled with grease. I opened the order to inspect it and I was disappointed!!! I ordered the Louisiana Cajun Rub and ParmesanGarlic. If you look at the pictures you can't decipher one from another. I just got my food and got home I ordered Louisiana dry rub with Cajun corn that was over cooked and my chicken not battered... right swimming in grease I have eaten at wing stop for years practically ordering the same thing every time and I am notsatisfied and the fountain drinks I got taste like fountain water my kids are so upset by this.
