This place is so bad. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were sitting in nothing but oil. My fries were so soggy as if they... never got a chance to actually fry. I would not recommend to anyone!!! Waste of money for sure! Read more
If I could give no stars I would. The wings were oily, undercooked and the seasoning was washed off of them. I literally had to... bake them in my oven when I got home. Never under any circumstances go to this location unless you want the nastiest chickenyou've ever had in your life. Read more
Had an online order and many Items missed. Tried calling to explain their mistake, but was on hold so long, i made it back there... before hanging up. Inside, the Air Conditioning was so cold, we could see our breath. Overall poor customer service and superslow! Avoid this location at all costs. Read more

Don?t go to this place. Manager and some of the team members are rude and no work ethic. They robbed me of 3 orders and wings... stating I have to wait until tomorrow when they look at the camara before I can get my refund- it?s 11pm really. They alsoquestioned why I didn?t bring back the food who does that-it was correct so I left it to get the rest of the the order that Ithought was on the shelf. Since I wouldn?t leave the store until I got a better answer they gave me the manager number and hewas only fixed on the fact that I was loud and I only ordered 4meals what I ordered 5 meals- everything I said he had a comeback for-he hung up on me because I wasn?t being humble to him- II got a text by the manager to return to my order but thelocked the drive through window and walked away only to come back when other cars were behind me to request me to move. When Itold her that I was told to come back the older coworker in the front started yelling and screaming walked out to the parkinglot and no one came back to the window. I texted the manager and told him what happened with no response. The next day I wentback and the door was locked passed opened time I had to call in the store and was told Tony wasn?t there. I called back he wasrude and yelling he don?t want to deal with me because I rude and swearing. I asked for a refund because they didn?t give me myfood and just want to be done and he told me that his staff told me to wait a minute but I pulled off and when I told him I wasgetting the police involved he said he didn?t care and hung up on me. The young ladies at this location gave me a phenomenal experience this evening. I ordered on Doordash for pick up. There was no... one in line. I came to the drive up window, she said they were just finishing bagging my order. I showed up exactly when the appsaid my order would be ready. I got home, my order was correct. The sauces were plentiful. I requested extra cook time for thewings, and they were cooked perfectly. The young ladies all smiled and were polite. I called to thank them for a wonderful meal.So many people are so cruel and unnecessarily mean nowadays. When you get good service, complement the staff. Let them know,that despite people attitudes deteriorating, you are grateful for good service. Thank you ladies! Sometimes it pays to go on aweekday. Read more
I put in an order online, a big order may I add. 75 wings. Which was $75 dollars. I called immediately to cancel, the lady... answered and put me on hold for 15 minutes, when she finally took me off hold the order was finished and she told me to call1800 wingstop to cancel because they can?t cancel online orders, when my email says to cancel through the store. Called thenumber and it doesn?t exist. So I wasn?t about to waste $75 when I have 5 kids at home to feed so we went to pick it up and Ikindly asked the manager to help me with calling the number to cancel and she refused to help, she just kept repeating that theydon?t cancel or refund in store. There is no clear direction or help and I don?t appreciate that and I hope that this can changefor the next person. Read more
