Once we finally received our food it was good, however, it was cold, we were shorted 4 mozzarella sticks out of 10 and took... almost 2 hours to get to us after being told that it would only take 45 mins. My boyfriend called to inquire about our orderand the rep said it was on the way as if she automatically knew who she was talking to, and which order he was talking about. Based on the interaction, I do believe that there should be more training on customer service skills. Read more

I ordered a burrito and a beef taco, the meat was like it was not drain enough grease, and the burrito recipe was just not... right. I taste something sweet, I think was a lot of onion powder, I couldn't eat it. But I liked the delivery, just nexttime I will stick with pizza. Read more
Threw the sausage sub together like it was last minute, fell completely apart, fries were way under cooked. Only thing good was... my can of soda. Don't waste your money! Read more
