When going through the burgerville drive through, there?s only two things on your mind: the food you?re about to receive, and... the price you?re receiving it at. Out of both of these things, only one is positive. But after Mariah so graciously dealing withmy complex order with such enthusiasm, she granted me with two positives. I highly recommend this establishment for two reasons, the food is good and the management is even better. Brings much truth to the saying ?you get what you pay for? Read more

Suddenly, terribly, horrible. Burgers frequently undercooked, fries undercooked, rings overcooked, shakes made incorrectly,... stuff left out order, etc. Despite all that I kept showing up. I stopped going here after the last burger was completely rawinside. Not a little pink, but meat-stink raw. It wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese! How did that happen? And I knowthere can be long lines, etc. The above incident happened with one car ahead of me in the drivethru and one behind, with a fewcars in the lot. 7PM on a Sunday. Definitely not peak time. They must be rolling through staff like mad because theorder-takers are always new and very inexperienced. Makes me wonder if the kitchen staff are even properly trained in foodhandling anymore, let alone cooking or recipes. I know times are challenging in the service industry but you need to deliver asafe, consistent product, especially at this price. I don't feel safe eating here anymore and warn people away. It used to begood, bit the last six months have been an absolute nosedive. Fix this location or shut it down. Read more

First and last time trying out your what you try to pass as food. The fries were stale and barely warm. The burger itself tasted... meh, and the chocolate milkshake was made with some weird space age polymer that is supposed to be ice cream. How can ice creamtaste Luke warm. Never again. Read more

The turkey burger has changed and it's a $6.25 piece of garbage. They need to stock up on the salads so I didn't have to write... this review. I tried the fried green beans and they were greasy and tasteless. It's such a shame! Also when did they startcharging for fountain water? Are times really that tough for these corporations? Awesome burgers and shakes! Not your average fast food restaurant! A bit of a wait when we were there at lunch - but the food... was made to order, so it didn't bother us. Very tasty, so go and enjoy! Read more

** Update. Guest Services fat shamed me for having the opinion that my 4 tiny rings wasn't enough foe the $5.99 then mansplaned... how onions grow. Then superviser offered me an emailed gift card that never showed up.** Every year I wait excitedly for theonion rings. I pay the high prices, and wait patiently through the incredibly slow service because the food was worth it.(Seriously a different location took almost 40 minutes for 1 burger and fry) Today I went through the drive thru ordered anoriginal hamburger, onion ring, and soda. No special instructions, or anything that would require special care. The persontaking payments told.me my total and then to select my tip amount. Didn't even say there was a no tip option. When I clicked notip he audibly was iritated and said ' orrrrrrrr no tip' and then short the window. Then I pulled up to the next window, thatperson was really nice and professional. However when I looked at my order I realized not only dis they only give me 4 onionrings instead of 5, 3 of them were tiny. I just feel like it was retaliation for the no tip by the way the first person acted.Granted the 1 onion ring was delicious. But that's a long way from what I ordered. I can't afford the guilt trip, shorted food, and still pay the high prices. Read more

The food was good, but the service was less than a great experience. When the person in front of me finish ordering they decided... to have a cashier change. We've all had to deal with these but this one was really kind of not so great. First off kid didn'teven acknowledge me and then he wasn't able to log in didn't even make an effort to apologize for the delay didn't even make eyecontact which took at least 3 minutes. This next thing is with all burgerville today there's an option for leaving gratuitybefore you can pay. I'm sorry that these kids are already earning 15 bucks an hour and all they're doing is taking an order, andfind it kind of insulting to even ask. Then the kid didn't even give me my drink cup. And this one just speaks to level classthe staff was clearly lacking: it took my order prepared his own order for his lunch and sat down before mine was brought out tome. I have to tell you that's just like treating your customers like second class. Then when the other kid brought my order outhe forgot my cup again and he didn't offer to bring any ketchup for my frys when they leave bottles of it on the tables. I haveto say the service of that location is really gone downhill. Read more

?????UPDATED TO REFLECT AN INCREDIBLE AND UNIQUE EXPERIENCE 06.20.2022 Last week I stopped by at about a quarter after 11:00 am... and picked up a good old-fashioned Burgerville cheeseburger. It was one of THE BEST, if not THE BEST fast food cheeseburgerever! It was cooked to perfection: nice & juicy and it actually had a lovely flavor and texture. Many times fast food burgersare overcooked and dry so I end up avoiding it, for good reason. Gladstone Burgerville has earned my 5?star review! UPDATE: Iwas out and about and gave in to my craving for another ???? cheeseburger.. I am delighted with my experience this morning. Ihave kudos to the team for the exceptional experience I have last week. When I pulled up to pay for my order in the drive-thru,I was short 25¢, the cost of the water I ordered. I fumbled around looking for an extra quarter but unable to find one, embarrassed I asked the cashier, Oliver, to remove the water from my order. Without missing a beat Oliver pulled out a personaldebit /credit card and paid for my water! I am continually reminded of the love and kindness, respect and humanity in ourcommunities. I hope to always hold this memory to lift me up on dark days or on those occasions when I begin to lose my faith inhumanity. Oliver is an exceptional example of beauty and kindness and not judging me or having any ill will or attitude orlooking down on me for not being prepared or lack of funds. Thank you Oliver! May you be richly blessed! Read more
