I was bullied by an employee and they refused to refund me or give me my food! Here is the story: I went through the... drive-through and did not know how to use the app correctly. The employee speaking to us was losing her patience and started toget snippy because we are new to the app. I am not sure if she was able to see who we were or not but it was obvious she had anissue with us for unknown reasons. She was super friendly to the other people ordering, I could hear them order from my window,but as soon as I approached she began treating us differently. I then proceed to give her my order, and while they had thelunch menu up she said they were only serving breakfast. I told her I don't know what is on the breakfast menu because thelunch menu was up. She told me she was aware of that and refused to take my order. She then threatens to call the police overa milkshake and I can very close to becoming a statistic over a milkshake. She then charged me for my milkshake and refused togive me my money back. Basically, they wanted to punish me for sticking up for myself by stealing from me. In the end, I wascalled names, told to leave, threatened to get the police called on me, did not receive my food, and my money was stolen fromme. I feel like there might have been some discrimination but I am not sure! Read more

They are under construction at the time I was their doing the Drive Thur the parking lot was very small why they are doing... construction..short staff .just like every we're else No one wants to work So please be patient with them Not the kids faultthey are doing their best Read more
I only go there for the fries. They got the 2 large fry for $5.50, and 2 big macs for $6. Unless you get the younger lady in the... drive through, because she will give you the cheaper combo. Without you having to ask. Read more
Manager has terrible customer service. Lady at the drive thru didn't hear me when I asked for a big Mac and quarter pounder cuz... they're buy one get one for a dollar, I asked the lady who had manager on her name tag, hey the drive thru lady didn't hear mewhen I asked for a big Mac as well so I could get it for a dollar can I add that. She told me no it'll have to be full price.And wouldn't do anything at all to help the situation. Absolutely terrible customer service. Update on this. I explained thesituation the the lady who brought my food out cuz I had to wait, she went back in got a big Mac and brought it out to me. They're ice cream machine is constantly out of service. I'm not happy waiting in line for 20 minutes to make an order only to... discover that the ice cream machine isn't working then I have to wait for everybody to go through the line so I can get out ofthere. A better solution would be to put a sign up front same machine is out of order! I know I'm not the only one ordering icecream on a hot day that would save the customers and the staff a lot of Heartache by just putting a sign there saying no icecream Read more
This McDonald's is rather small, but they are clean, the staff is nice, and they sell actual ice cream cones (8 flavor options... actually scooped from big buckets). There is also an outdoor Redbox easily accessible in the parking lot. Sadly, there is noplayplace. Unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't great. I was at the restaurant at about 9:00 pm, so I wasn't surprisedthat I had to wait a few minutes for them to cook the food. Even though I waited, they gave me old and stale fries - which wasespecially disappointing as I thought I had waited for fresh fries. Also, the recees chunks in the McFlurry tasted strange -like they were stale. Perhaps that is why only M&Ms and Oreo McFlurrys are listed on the menu. Read more
If your going to have 2 drive through lines, teach your employees how to take orders from both lanes. I just sat waiting at one... of the kiosk and was asked to hold on while they took 3 cars orders from the other line. Hopefully one of the other 4mcdonald's in a mile radius will have better manners.
