Not really sure what teenagers working there don?t know customer service etiquette, but calling for a wrong order for the 3rd... time will result in being hung up on. Went to the store 2x to get online order fixed and finally gave up on the 3rd try afterasking to speak to a manager and having the little girl that answered the phone hang up instead. What a joke. This is second time I've been in here and there is barely any items of food out to select. Once before it was after lunch rush... around 3pm and this time it was around 1:30pm. They need to make more than normal of everything! Read more
Make sure you thank Geordie and Tasha for some great cooking and friendly service. You must have the shrimp, nice and crunchy... breading with super sweet sauce and flavorful shrimp that takes u back to your grandma house. Love em. Read more

On today's newest adventure to Panda Express at Oak Grove, an employee handling food without washing his hands and without... gloves. I stood in line and watched as a prep cook wiped his nose and continued preparing what looked to be the Super Greensside dish. All blatant unsanitary practices aside, the same prep cook had also continued handling the food (onions specifically)without gloves OR utensils. Do not recommend as the employees here seem indifferent to standard food handling practices. Read more
