I got a ranch dressing instead of the icing in my cinnamon ring. It was on it before I noticed. I called for replacement and all... thay kept saying is I could stop in for the icing but would have to buy another cinnamon ring dessert to get the icing. The employees were nice but seemed a little uninformed or naive maybe..I'm not sure how to explain their customer service was... some what not up to par... I have worked in restaurants,and been in retail sales and customer service positions I have alwaysgone above and beyond to take care of the customer/guest making sure they come back again & again...i think employers shouldtrain their employees better ....if the employees are well trained it shows..in my opinion when you see an employee who doesntquite know how to do their job and isnt comfortable doing their job it's really more of a reflection on the employer rather.thanthe employee...but over all the girls were nice.. Food great , I will retract this if they can explain how at 1 Am 2days after I purchased Pizza they Charged another 28. Dollars... on the credit card I used . It hasn't been taken care of yet ! So we will see ! I would definitely think about using a debitcard there. Read more

During quarantine this has been my go-to location to order from for delivery, since they still offer the classic cheesy bread... wheel. Normally they're a 5star service everytime, even if they're out of toppings requested, they've always been friendly andthorough about making sure my order is up to par. However today when they called to see what replacement topping I wanted, theydidn't quite get what I said right. My boyfriend, who used to manage a Papa Murphy's, decided to call them to sort it out andsee about getting a credit the next time we go into the store. But instead he was told that they made it exactly how I hadinstructed. When he tried to clarify that he heard the whole conversation and that I'd asked for the topping on the whole pizza,Stephanie (the Papa Murphy's employee) laughed and said okay- then just hung up on him.
