I went through the drive-through right after the Presidential election in 2020. The barista made a huge assumption about who I... voted for and I found it presumptive and quite off-putting/rude. I worked for Starbucks for 12 years - I know customer servicedos and don?ts. You should not talk politics with customers. You just don?t go there. And you show you?re a fool when you makeassumptions about people regarding religion, children, politics, marriage, pregnancy?any of it. Just stick to coffee and smallchat! I used to frequent this drive-through, but after this experience (which was not the first time someone had brought uppolitics at the drive-through window at this location), I haven?t been back. It's sad that you are rarely open on the weekends but I always LOVE it when I do get it!!
Andy made my drink perfectly!! They seemed nervous like they might be new, but they nailed it. I also saw great customer service... by the female manager on duty. Someone grabbed their drink and started to walk away and she noticed they had a funny look ontheir face. She called their name and explained what happened and offered to fix it! Great customer service here and thank youto the employees for showing up. Working hard. And dealing with awful customers far too often. Read more
Really nice course in a fantastic setting. The clubhouse is great, and has live music on Friday and Saturday night!
Starbucks Kiosk staff, at Safeway on King Rd located in Milwaukie are really good at making my Mocha Frappes just the way I like... them! Having them inside grocery stores, is genius!! It takes all my energy just to deal with the grumpy crowded stores! Nomatter which store or chain I shop at! So it's refreshing to have a pit stop along the way, while I am battling the crowds,angry shoppers and testy clerks everywhere I go these days! Thanks Starbucks @ Safeway on King Rd.... You rock!!! This Starbucks is inside the Safeway I shop at. Sometimes I use it to buy a handful of things when the other cashiers are busy.... I imagine the coffee and food are exactly like any other Starbucks. Google won't let me be within 100 yards of a Starbuckswithout asking how I feel about it. Read more
It's a Safeway Starbucks, their espresso machine is broken so the shots taste weird. They don't know any better and won't have... it serviced. I order an Americano, so it completely ruins the drink. You may not notice if u order the sweeter drinks Read more
