I called to see if the inside lobby would be opened and what time it would be opened, the employee who answered my call told me... they would be opening the lobby at 11AM, well 11AM Rolled around but they failed to open the doors on time. In fact for 30 wholeminutes the doors remained locked, finally I called them back up to ask what their deal was, to which they replied, our lobby isclosed today but please feel free to walk through the drive-thru, to which i replied go to hell, I will be doing no such thingat all. The food is the same as any other T Bell so the max score for this place would be a 3. The 1 star is for poor service. If you... "dine in" you must order from the kiosk. Even though they had 3 employees standing around doing nothing. If they showed alittle interest in their customers they would walk around and operate the kiosk for the old folks to demonstrate how it worksand complete the order. Read more
This place needs to get more people on the payroll. Last week they closed for lack of staff during lunch. Yesterday's visit had... me waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes, and the food I got was barely warm. Pretty standard fare for Taco Bell... But! They always give me WAY TOO MANY SAUCE PACKETS!! When I say a "few" packets, I... literally mean a few, maybe 5 at the most, NOT 30!! It will take me a Year to go through this many packets! I only ordered like4 or 5 things, I don't need 5 packets for each item. Please think of just how much money and waste you're throwing into thesebags when you just dump a load of sauce packets in there each and every time. When someone orders 4 things, maybe only give them8-10 packets, 2 or 3 per item... Not 30 packets!! Jeebus. Read more
I ordered three cheesy bean and rice burritos with extra rice, lettuce, onion, potatoes and a little creamy jalapeño on my... receipt it didn't say extra rice I checked my order and indeed it didn't have extra rice and they put tomato instead ofpotatoes, my order was by drive thru I went to ask for the dining room to fix my burritos to be charged for the extra rice. Thecashier in a bad mood told me that I did not charge the rice, the cashier turned around and completely ignored me, the cook madethe burritos again but without extra rice, which also ignored me, I spoke to the person in charge and She just said that theburritos were going to be made as the receipt said. He told me that I could buy three sides of rice separately, I replied that Iwanted the rice inside the burritos, he just replied that it is not possible, he took my order and went to the kitchen, Idecided that I did not want the order because it bothered me the attitude of the employees was great, I turned around and wentback to my car, when I was leaving the manager came out with the order and threw it at the car, it hit my car I stopped andreturned to ask that the violence was not necessary because my car was not to blame and what they did was close the dining roomso that I could not enter, it is a shame that employees have that type of behavior and I would like them to give follow up onthis case, because your customer service is unacceptable Read more
