The service was hands down the worst in fast food history. I noticed that the workers were focused on making food for the... drive-thru. After several vehicles came and gone I asked the kid behind the counter why they haven't even made my food yet andhe said, "I'm the only person working on the dine-in orders." I asked "why only you?" He said "because we are timed on our drivethru." Let me get this right. So if your going through the drive-thru, sitting in your car, relaxing, etc. That means your apriority VS getting out of your car, walking inside, waiting in line, ordering and then waiting for your food? Why isn't thedinning room orders being timed? Maybe then they will offer the same service. Read more
Very nice staff. They don't make tostadas any more so she suggested a Mexican pizza for her instead. It was excellent.
Worst Tacobell on record, we will never go again. Hair in our food not just one item 3 different wrapped items with black hair.... I'm calling the health and food department tomorrow morning. Absolutely disgusting Read more
We NEVER receive sauce. No matter how we ask for it. There is always an item or two missing from our order (drive thru). Family... just finish dinner and all said how sad and downhill taco bell has gone. At least with this location. Time to find a newlocation or move on from this chain. Read more
won't go back. Had to explain my order 3 times and when I got home it was still wrong. Ordered Taco supreme, got regular tacos... with barely any meat, lettuce and cheese. I could literally break the top half of the taco off and it was still barely a taco.No receipt, Burrito Supreme was lacking as well. MEH. Read more
HORRIBLE experience at this Taco Bell! I went today, 7/9/22 at 2:45 pm. Went through the drive thru. When I paid for my food I... asked the guy at the window if there was hot sauce in the bag and he said "you didn't ask for hot sauce" in a very rude manner.He even asked me when I ordered my food if I wanted hot sauce and I said yes! I couldn't believe how rude he was and thecomplete lack of customer service. That was just the beginning. I ordered cinnamon twists which were disgusting and totallystale! So stale you couldn't even bite into it! I also ordered chips and cheese. There were literally only 4 chips in the bagAND there was a long black HAIR in the bag of chips!! So gross! So I didn't get to eat the cinnamon twists or the chips! I willNEVER go back to this nasty Taco Bell ever again! Stay away! Read more
Good window customer service but food could use better cooks. Hate when they don't spread out the sauces. I don't want a bucket... full of sour cream in one bite. Don't even think it was fully cooked either. Read more
The ladies that do the breakfast are very nice and always make a great burrito. I like this Taco Bell. Don't start charging too... much however or I will have to stop eating your food. Read more
