Arby's is usually great except I didnt like their new loaded fries. the sauce is too hot, as are the jalapeños.
Had to wait for a special order sandwich. Never got it, came back for it and staff claimed I never ordered it (even tho I had 2... wait 4 it). So paid for it again, and they tried to screw me on the change. Turns out they shorted other people on change too.Food ok but sandwiches are kind of thrown together and squished. Read more
Had great service from a very friendly employee by the name of Joilyn. She had a great smile on her face!
My family is moving cross country in a 30 ft UHaul with a trailer and stopped here to grab something to eat. We wanted to go in... but the dinning room was closed. A guy told us that they were taking orders from walk ups at the window so we walked around todo so because the drive thru had a very sharp curve that we couldnt get our truck through. They told us that they were onlysurving truckers that walked up. We told them what we were driving and the cashier just shrugged at us. I asked if we could atleast get something for our young daughter who was at the window with us and cashier laughed in our faces and said "Is she atrucker?" Then she slammed the window closed.
