Arby's is usually great except I didnt like their new loaded fries. the sauce is too hot, as are the jalapeños.
Had to wait for a special order sandwich. Never got it, came back for it and staff claimed I never ordered it (even tho I had 2... wait 4 it). So paid for it again, and they tried to screw me on the change. Turns out they shorted other people on change too.Food ok but sandwiches are kind of thrown together and squished. Read more

My family is moving cross country in a 30 ft UHaul with a trailer and stopped here to grab something to eat. We wanted to go in... but the dinning room was closed. A guy told us that they were taking orders from walk ups at the window so we walked around todo so because the drive thru had a very sharp curve that we couldnt get our truck through. They told us that they were onlysurving truckers that walked up. We told them what we were driving and the cashier just shrugged at us. I asked if we could atleast get something for our young daughter who was at the window with us and cashier laughed in our faces and said "Is she atrucker?" Then she slammed the window closed. I am a truck driver and I've only passed through Louisiana a couple times in the past. I'm always amazed at how friendly people... are in Louisiana especially the sistas! The ladies up front at this Arby's were polite, pleasant, and friendly. Food came outfast and it was fresh. People that do a good job and are sincere and care about their job deserve more praise. Thank you ladiesfor being so kind, being from the West Coast I'm not used to this kind of friendliness. Thanks for the great experience. Read more
They have surprisingly great gyros, I got the Greek one and enjoyed every bite and I wasn't even hungry, was on a road trip and... stopped here. I couldn't give 5 stars because my fiance ordered brisket but they said it was all frozen and had to order turkeysandwich and still charged for brisket, it was only a $0.21 difference, but still! If I could give them a zero I would totally rude they messed up my order I ordered a beef and cheddar double they gave me a... double plain roast beef I took it up to counter this is what I got I didn't dare complain had to go get 2 forks to eat thesandwich these people are totally disgusting and rude guess southern hospitality missed Minden Louisiana I will be getting intouch with corporate in the morning Read more
