I would give a ZERO but tht wasn't an option. I went to this BK today at 3 mins till lunch. I asked for a 4 piece kids meal wth... sprite. the mgr said they were not ready for lunch. tht their broiler was being cleaned. tht it would be another 15 mins. I wasgoin to get a burger but decided to go elsewhere. we had to stop at the window because they had someone pulled up. while there Idecided to just get the kids meal. so I honked the horn an got them to the window. I said tht I would take the kids meal. thegirl said tht he was the mgr tht whtever he said. so I asked to speak to him. wen he came over I asked him for the kids meal.then he said the fryers were down. tht they were bein cleaned. I asked "all at the same time? tht if he needed to b trained onhow to b a mgr, I could help him." becuse I've been an asst or gm for 20 yrs. he turned he's nose at me. this store had turnedaround from bein the worst customer service fast food store in town, but now wth this management, it is right back to bein theworst!!!!. I will NEVER go back as long as he is there. he doesn't deserve tht position or even a job dealing wth people. thismgr deserves to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!! I would be so embarrassed an ashamed to say I worked at this place. I had got somecoupons n the mail for here but dang sure am not using them now. This store needs to be completely redone from the grind up. The restaurant always looks unclean and the staff has few customer... service manners. Wait times are more than expected even before corona affected everything. Read more
Crew was super funny and on time. They made sure to cook our food fresh when we asked. It's good to see young people enjoying... themselves while they're working. Oh, my fish sandwich was the bomb. Location is good in which they are allowing you to go inand eat now. Read more
I was first of all in the line forever before I ordered. Then I had to wait for the person that they asked to pull up.... Therefore, my food is getting cold. After arriving home with the whopper I ordered, I opened it up to find globs of mayo, notomato, one small leaf of lettuce, pickles and onions. It was a disgusting mess. I tried to call them. Customer service is a really good skills to have. Especially if you take the time so at least speak and say hello how are you... doing even if you don't mean it it's a part of your job I really believe so I pull up to the drive-thru order When Your Ready.First of all I really really hate this statement but the only thing that got two stars is because the lady at the window she wasvery polite I really appreciate her but the food was burnt it ruined by the first taste.
