This is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever been to. If zero stars was an option that is what I would give them. To start off we... walked in waiting to have someone take our order only for the workers to look at us as if we were putting them out. Then ittakes 10 minutes for our order to finally get taken only for the cashier to ask us How we are doing and then goes back toignoring us. Will not be eating here again. Very rude staff ..I called and ordered a big order was called back and told they had no square pizzas and changed my order to... medium pizzas. I got there and rude staff said they didn't know about my order. Been there twice and both times staff was veryrude. Did they make the order...nope. didn't even try. Read more
Work on your employees and their customer service. I placed a delivery order at 6:28 pm, I received an email that my order... should be delivered by 7:00 pm. It was a little after 8:00 pm when the driver finally arrived. I had tried multiple ways tocontact someone concerning this issue. We had gone on and found something else to eat for supper considering the time. Nothingthat I tried could I get a live person concerning this order. Read more
