This place is very poorly managed, from poor food quality to outrageous wait time. We paid for 10pc classic and was shocked to... open box later and see 8 very old wings, 1 drumstick and 1 thigh. Apparently they boxed whatever was left over. It'sunacceptable!!! Unfortunately, we didn't check the box before we left or I would have definitely said something but I trustedthem to give me what I paid for, It will not happen again! Read more
Went in at 9:00 pm they had No chicken tenders. no Cajun fries and they close at 10:00pm. Smh?

Someone may want to tell these people that they work in customer service and exactly what customer service means. If I pull up... to your drive thru to make an order my expectation is to order what I'm wanting. Not for you to tell me what I can order. Theyrefused to cook a chicken sandwich. I could only get spicy chicken or nothing If it wasn't already done n on there hot rack youwas not getting it. I understand food shortages is usually the reason but this girl flat out told me she wasn't cookinganything else. Worst attitude I've ever seen from someone supposedly in customer service. Food was good, and service was acceptable. What made it not 5 stars was that all of the employees (including the manager) were... in the dining area talking so loud that my party couldn't hear each other talking. I found it to be very rude and inconsiderateto us and the other guests trying to have dinner. Read more
We only had to wait 3 or 4 minutes before our order was taken and the woman said " sorry for your wait" before she took order. I... thought that was polite. I thought they might be short on help. Then after being behind 1 or 2 customers once we got to windowit only took 2 to 3 minutes for us to pay and get our chicken. Chicken was good, a lot better than some I've had at otherplaces. Whole process only took 6 or 7 minutes. People were pleasant. I was happy with everything. Read more
I ordered a popcorn shrimp and a chicken leg, I get to the window and she only gives me a chicken leg. I tell the lady I... ordered pop corn shrimp as well and the lady in the back tells her to tell me I have to drive back around to order again. Thelady that was taken my order was rude. My server was Keundra not sure if that was the same person taking the order. I politelywent to Taco Bell to spend my money. Read more
