My husband & myself dine in at Sam?s about 3 weeks ago & the lady taking our order was so patient & polite, beautiful smile. She... brought our food to the table because my husband is on a walker. Then she sat at another table & helped an older gentleman counthis change out to pay for his dinner. The customer service was heart warming & pleasant. So my husband & I decided to stop byagain on yesterday & was very disappointed! It was a different cashier this time & her attitude was nasty & rude. She wasyelling & cursing in the cell phone & just flat out rude & it also look like she climbed right out of bed & came to work. The food was great! It was fresh, hot, and flavorful! Definitely received quality AND quantity for the price! On the other... hand- the service kinda lacked. The cashier definitely did not want to be there, but still gave us what we asked for. It wasvery toasty in there. We dined in and I really don't believe the air conditioner kicked on at all, if there even was one. Andthere were several items on the menu that weren't available; this was okay though because there were several options tosubstitute in their place... But again, the food was so good that it made up for the cons I listed! Read more
This dirty rice is completely inedible. Completely! The 2nd time this has happened. This fish was ok though.
Great food. They are limited at this time due to the snow/ice storm that recently shut the area down. I ordered to 2... fish/2shrimp/2 crab cakes w/sides. Awesome deal for $9.99. Fish was not greasy like some places (LGS/Capt D?s). Next time I amin the area, I will definitely come back and try something new. Thank you for being close to 3 truck stops. This place is great for a quick bite right off the FWY with truck parking. Food was crisp, not too greasy and fresh tasting. I'm... glad I stopped by and grabbed a bite. Then grabbed a bite to go since it was so darn good and the hearty portions definitely putme to work. I'll be coming back here often whenever I'm on this route. Great food! Read more
