I placed order on app. After waiting at stall 19, my order was brought out to me, but car hop stated, "you gone have to wait 20... mins or come back for your shake" I'm literally in shock, because how she said it and this was MY money. I told her that I lived20 - 25 mins away and I wasn't going to wait that long for a shake. She then says, "I'll tell them and walks off" she didn'teven give me a chance to ask how it was being reimbursed. I wait about 3 mins and she never came back out. My transaction waspending by my bank,, so I was thinking it will refund me the 5.00 after processing that night. Well, it didn't. I have beenwaiting 2 days, no credit, my card was charged 12.90, which includes shake. That's stealing....very upset and the funny thing, the girl was nonchalant about the whole situation. If you don't like your job, there's plenty other ones. I don't know who theManager on duty was that day, but she was just as wrong as the car hop. The food is terrible. The tator tots tasted like they were dipped in burned cooking oil because they all tasted burned but were... not in physical appearance. The cheese coney tasted like they had ran out of ingredients and went to a local store and purchasedoff brand, subpar ingredients. This was definitely NOT a normal Sonic experience. I'll never patronize this particular locationagain. Read more
Food suks always cold or over cooked its nasty inside you can see from drive thru,ok I guess if your starving,they will close... before time too close and ice cream machine was bought same place as McDonalds apparently cause its always broke. Read more
If you want food here, go thru the drive thru.. I sat and watched 25+ people get their food, while I can't even get my order... taken. So I calculated in my lil brain that I'd be there for an hour or so before I actually got my food. Needless to say, Ifound somewhere to spend my hard earned money. Read more

Ordered drinks online. They were out as soon as I checked in on the app. Not as though they'd been sitting, but freshly made.... Love those 1/2 off drinks anytime when ordered in the app! Read more
