Order 2 sandwiches in the drive thru. Asked for very light sauce on the meatball sub, it was soaked in sauce!!!! My sandwich ... was a pickle nightmare!! It was coated with tons of Mayo and what seemed like half a jar of pickles. Couldn't even taste thecheese and meat for the excess Mayo and pickles!! Gross!!! Read more

I went yesterday to Order #1 - Tune Footlong and it took the "Young" Staffers almost 45 minutes to fix my 1 Sandwich!! I placed... the Order at the Drive -Thru and when I went to the Window, she asked "What did I Order??" WHAT!! This store needs an "Adult"Manager there after 5pm!!! Because I saw "Twice" where an Employee came out the Back door - went to chill with someone in aParked truck Outback by the Trash then come back in !! While there was a LONG Line around the Building to place Orders...45minutes WASTED in 99 degree Weather!! Horrible.... Read more
I eat Subway sandwiches a lot when I travel for my job. I always choose something I can eat while driving. My order was taken... promptly and in a cheerful way. I paid right away at the window...then I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich. WHY, it wasn't thebusy, the parking lot was not full, no car was before me? Decided to try out the app and order before we got there, and it worked out great! Their food is always good, especially if you... eat it fresh. Anything toasted gets a little soggy if you don't eat it immediately haha They were a little understaffed today,yet they got us our order quickly. Wonderful employees, definitely deserve a raise ???? This place is run by high school students who have no clue about service. A girl taking orders that I can only assume was her... second day and a ?manager? that hung up on me 3 times. Avoid this place!!!!! Read more
