This is no McDonald's. I was so disappointed with the 1/2-hour process to receive 3 burgers and 2 fries for a heart stopping... $32! It seemed the employees were doing the required tasks but the process put into place lacks any customer service at all. Youorder through a kiosk and hopefully it will allow a card payment. If not, you must take a receipt to the unmanned cashierstation and wait for someone to notice your presence in order to pay. Then, at that time, your order enters the que and you waitwhile behind the curtain, staff cooks and bags your grub. This McDonald's was not busy at the time I visited. There were sixcustomers, including myself, in the dining room. So they were certainly not busy compared to what I would consider "McDonald'sbusy". I understand "streamlining" processes to expedite service or control operational costs but service was not at all"expedited" and the price of the items purchased shows me any operational costs saved are certainly not passed on to thecustomers. Other than appearing from behind the curtain, placing an order on the counter, and then disappearing once again,there are no staff providing any resemblance of customer serving up front. The end experience was neither time saving nor costeffective. I had high hopes when this McDonald's move to its new location. The resteraunt is clean and still has its new touch. The wait... for help at the register is inconsistent. Sometimes they are on top of it and other times the employees look at you like youhave a third eye. The food is not always warm but on the cold side. Once, I asked for a refill on my drink (my only refill),the manager as she refilled the drink yelled back to someone else "how many refills do we limit the to" and " only within a halfhour right?". Then walked over and handed me my refill. This did appear to be aimed at me for some odd reason. If managementacts like this openly what example is this for their subordinates? Read more
Very clean place. I like to see that type of care in every establishment. The service was great with very kind and helpful... manners. I received my order promptly and was not dissatisfied. The Oreo Mc fluffy came out perfect. They did burn my buns, butthis did not take away from the overall taste. Read more

Another food chain where no one is working the front registers and you have to pay and choose your items at a machine near the... fountain. And it wasn't up to date with actual prices. The 2 egg sausage McMuffin is $5 bucks. For 1 was 7 bucks! Great foodpoor customer service. Read more
I'm not one to ever leave reviews but last night 08/20 there was 1 cook & 1 young woman running the drive through, they were... slammed & this girl was so sweet & positive. I left her a small tip but she should be noticed & rewarded for her hard work &positive attitude, times are hard but it wasn't phasing her, absolute all star! Read more
O.M.G I am in complete sticker shock over the cost of just a burger fries and a drink. I had no idea that these prices on fast... food have gone so extremely high. We ordered two deluxe quarter ponders meals which came to a whopping 19 dollars and 18cents. We also upgraded our drinks for two med size chocolate shakes for a up grade charge of 3 dollars and 80 centsmore. With sales tax the bill came to 24 dollars and 61 cents. No more fast food for me at these prices. Read more
No one at the register when we arrived I refuse to use the machines to order. Then I order few cheap menu items and asked for a... spicy chicken sandwich person instead put in the expensive 6$ chicken sandwich. I ordered a ice cream for my 5 year old with theperson taking the order watching me ask my 5 year old what she wanted instead of being smart and giving a kids size the personput a full size. After I asked for kid size. Little more effort and it would be a lot better. Also tables didn't seem to bewiped down or not done well. Also 0 napkins in the napkin holder in the dining area....this place is not packed or all thatbusy.... Read more
