I love this place! They know me by name, every time I walk in they greet me by my name. They know my order even if made on the... phone. They staff is always so nice & welcoming to me & my son. Pizza Factory in Minden has come such a long way and every experience has been awesome!! The owner and her husband have been... nothing but kind and courteous along with every employee we?ve interacted with. Dirty & disgusting. The mushrooms on the combo pizza smelled old and were extra slimy. But more disgusting than the pizza was... the restaurant. It was extremely dirty. I wiped the table down with my own sanitizing wipe upon arrival and it was black withdirt. Everything on the table (napkin holder, parmesan cheese, etc.) looked like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. Thebathroom was very dirty and it wasn't because the employees weren't aware... I went in right after an employee came out. When wearrived I overheard employees complaining about the person on the prior shift not cleaning anything, well, I didn't see any ofthe employees lift a finger to clean anything while I was there. And they had no quarters for the arcade games....I don't knowhow this place is even open. Read more
Good saucy calzone! My traveling buds and I weren?t hungry nor in agreement enough to have pizza, but we did have the relatively... smaller calzones. They had veggies and I had the meet combo. I liked the meat very well and that large amount of tomato sauce,although the crust was a little doughy. Read more
This is one of my favorite spots in Minden to eat for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend coming here. It is under new... management and the new owner is helpful and cares about the customer. They have a wide variety of food besides pizzas. They havegluten free crust, cauliflower crust and a great menu of other entrees and appetizers. The lunch special is a great deal: youget a 2 topping mini pizza with a drink for under $10. Great place to go with a group of people to have a flavorful meal.
