Seems to work smoothly on loading side. Less than 1.5hr turn around.
The 2nd time I came here the guard asked me if I had a pickup and I said yes. I guess that was his way of asking for my SB... number, but only he would know that. After a few seconds I asked him if he was ready for the number and this guard replied withsuch the biggest chip on his shoulder that I don't know what was his deal. If you walk around disgruntled, in a customerservice job, maybe you should choose another line of work perhaps? Read more
Nice big place easy to back in drop trailer and wait. I was lucky they got me out in just over 2 hours. Gentlemen at the gaye... were nice easy check in. In general you will be here for a while. Everyone was super nice including the warehouse guy I talkedto and being nice helps! Read more
???? WARNING ???? ?? O/O BEWARE ?? Starbucks is very STRICT with their appointments. DON'T accept a load unless you have... plenty of time to make your delivery appointment. If they have to reschedule your appointment, it could be a week, two weeks,or longer before they unload you. Read other comments below. Worst place if u late you have to reschedule and next appointment will be after two weeks and not guaranteed that u get unloaded... bcz Brooker & receiver appointment not matching. There is no work in at all. My experience I was told by broker that deliveryon Monday but delivery & I get there 45 minutes late bcz of bad weather (snow in truckee, CA mountain) reciver didn't care toldme to reschedule and I have to wait in reno for more than 2 week for next appointment. Don't book there load at all, let themlearn lesson, all true trucker I do not recommend if u care about your time/value. Read more
Definitely pay attention, if you are going to come to pick up a load, at this place, keep in mind that you will lose more than 3... hours to load it, so you must be very careful, since the delivery appointment would be at risk. On top of that, the person atthe shipping window urgently needs a customer service course, as she has a rough way of communicating. Come patiently and withmany hours of time. This was an easy customer to UnLoad at. The process was painless & easy!! My appointment was at 4pm. I checked in at 3:45pm and... checked out at 5:55pm. If YOU follow these simple instructions, YOU should not have any issues. -> *APPOINTMENTONLY* Overnight Parking is available on the street. You're Allowed to check in at the Truck Gate 15 minutes prior to yourappointment time. Have your ID ready! You MUST Have a Safety Vest! GoTo the Door assigned *DO NOT BREAK SEAL* Once THEY breakseal, back to dock, Drop the trailer & park along curb. Once unloading is complete, they Unlock the trailer, and come give youyour bills.
